Stubbyglove Enterprises Privacy Guarantee
Stubbyglove Enterprises is committed to protecting your privacy. We do no distribute, sell or rent your name, email address or personal information to any third party. We collect your name, address and credit card information only so we can fill your order.

Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Stubbyglove Enterprises merchandise. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (less postage and handling).

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping of handling fees for replacement shipments.

Stock Availability and Backorders
We cannot guarantee that a product listed as available will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. If your selection is not available, a Stubbyglove Enterprises representative will contact you to advise. An alternate selection can be made or your item can go on back order.

Backorders
Backordered products are items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from our manufacturers. When your selected item is received, we will notify you via email and ship it to you promptly.

Backordered items usually come into stock within 2 weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update via email.

If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the line from our catalogue.

NOTE: We never charge your credit card until the item ships, therefore no adjustment will need to be made to your credit card upon order cancellation.

Delivery
Stubbyglove Enterprises uses the most efficient method of delivery relating to your order. In most cases post satchels will be used for delivery within Australia or airfreight for international delivery. Alternative delivery methods can be made on request and additional charges may apply.

Custom Orders
A 50% deposit is required upon placing an order for custom manufactured products. Due to the personalised nature of these goods, this deposit is taken to cover costs including materials and labour and is not refundable if you cancel your order. If for any reason Stubbyglove Enterprises cannot fulfill your custom order, your deposit will be immediately refunded in full.
